Data Deletion Instructions – Arteraa Login

If you signed in to Arteraa using Facebook Login, you can request deletion of your personal data at any time. Choose one of the options below.

Option 1: Email request (fastest)

• Send an email to arteraastore@gmail.com

• Subject: Data Deletion Request

• Include: your full name, Facebook user ID or the email used on Arteraa, and a short note saying you want your data deleted.

What happens next: We verify ownership and delete or anonymize your data within 7 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s done.

Option 2: Self-service (if you can log in)

1. Go to account.arteraa.com

2. Open Settings → Privacy

3. Click Delete my account & data and confirm

What we delete

• Facebook UID, name, and email we received from Facebook Login

• Profile information and login/session tokens

• App activity tied to your account

Backups: Purged on a rolling 30-day schedule. Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may be retained.

Verification & timeline

• We may ask you to confirm your email or provide proof of account ownership.

• Requests are processed within 7 days (backup purge up to 30 days).
