Welcome to Arteraa! We specialize in providing a wide variety of high-quality digital products, including invitation templates, PNG bundles, sublimation designs, personalized designs, clipart, embroidery designs, and T-shirt designs.

Because our products are entirely digital, there are no physical shipping fees, shipping times, or postal deliveries. Here is everything you need to know about how you will receive and access your items:

1. Delivery Method & Access Time

  • Instant Download: As soon as your payment is successfully confirmed, your access links will appear immediately on the Thank You page of our website.

  • Email & WhatsApp Backup: For your convenience, a backup copy of your download links will also be sent via email or WhatsApp within 5–10 minutes of purchase.

2. How You Will Access Your Files

Depending on the type of file, template, or design you purchase, your delivery link will direct you to one of the following secure platforms:

  • Canva Templates: If you purchase editable invitation templates or personalized designs, you will receive a direct link to open and customize the template directly inside Canva.

  • Google Drive Access: For larger file sizes, high-resolution PNG bundles, sublimation designs, clipart, embroidery files, and T-shirt designs, your link will connect you to a Google Drive folder where you can view and safely download all your high-quality assets.

3. Software & Usage Requirements

  • What You Need: Please ensure you have a free Canva account if you purchased editable templates, or a stable internet connection and device compatible with Google Drive to download your files.

  • File Packages: Some larger bundles on Google Drive may be compressed into a .ZIP file. Please ensure your device has the appropriate software to extract these folders.

4. Download Limits & Expiration

  • Save Your Files: While your links will remain active for your convenience, we highly recommend saving your files directly to your device, personal Google Drive, or cloud storage immediately after access.

  • Fair Use: Links may have fair-use clicking limits to prevent unauthorized link sharing. If you run into any trouble accessing your links later on, just message our team.

5. Revisions & Personalization

For customized or personalized design items:

  • Minor text or layout edits requested within the scope of the design are often complimentary.

  • For extensive changes or multiple rounds of edits, additional revision charges may apply. We will always inform you of any extra costs upfront.

6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges

  • Due to the digital and instant nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an access link has been provided or clicked, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or product exchanges.

  • If you face any technical issues with a link or file (e.g., a broken Google Drive link or an incorrect file version), please reach out to us immediately, and we will fix it for you right away.
