Return & Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instantly downloadable nature of our products, all sales are final. Our items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once they have been delivered or made available to you.

At Arteraa, we take immense pride in offering high-quality digital products and design services—including invitation templates, PNG bundles, sublimation designs, personalized designs, clipart, embroidery designs, and T-shirt designs. We aim to deliver the best service possible because we are dedicated to excellence. The following policy outlines our commitment and terms regarding your purchases:

1. Nature of Digital Products

Please note that all products sold on Arteraa are digital assets. They are either instantly accessible on our checkout Thank You page or delivered electronically via email, WhatsApp, Google Drive links, or Canva template links. Because these files are downloaded directly to your device or accounts, they cannot be "returned" or "undone." Consequently, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Personalization, Revisions, and Approvals

We understand the importance of accuracy for your custom and personalized design orders.

  • Before finalizing custom designs, we offer a revision process to ensure all information and elements meet your expectations. It is essential that you carefully review your proofs during this stage.

  • Once you approve the final design and the digital product is delivered, further complimentary modifications cannot be made.

3. Special Customization Rules

  • Caricatures: Once a caricature design is completed, we cannot change the full body pose or the attire. Any other minor adjustments must be shared with us all at once.

  • Videos & Caricatures: We do not change the core theme of a video or caricature from what was mutually agreed upon in pre-purchase discussions.

4. Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel an order for a personalized/custom item, please contact us immediately. If our design team has already begun processing or creating your custom order, cancellations cannot be accepted.

  • For instant-download products (like PNG bundles, clipart, embroidery, or T-shirt designs), cancellations are not possible as access links are automatically provided right after payment confirmation.

5. Payment & Refund Terms

  • 100% advance payment is required for all digital products and design services.

  • Payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Customer Support & Technical Issues

While we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience any technical difficulties—such as a corrupted download file, a broken Google Drive link, or trouble opening a Canva template—please reach out to us. We will gladly fix the issue, replace the file, or guide you through the access process.
